LoveSetMatch is a nationally recognized 501(c)(3) youth development organization dedicated to empowering the next generation of leaders through STEM-based sports and education. We leverage athletics as a catalyst for learning, integrating science, technology, engineering, mathematics, health, and leadership development to help underserved youth build the skills, confidence, and resilience needed to succeed in school, careers, and life. Through innovative programs and strategic community partnerships, we create equitable opportunities that transform lives and strengthen communities.

The LoveSetMatch Workforce Fellowship Program connects high school and college students with meaningful, real-world professional experiences at leading companies and organizations.

Selected fellows will have the opportunity to gain approximately three months of hands-on experience, work on real projects, receive mentorship from professionals, build their resumes and portfolios, and develop the relationships and social capital that can open doors to future education and career opportunities.

Our goal is to create access for talented students who may not otherwise have exposure to these kinds of professional opportunities—or even know they exist.
