For those who are brand new to the sport of wrestling for K-5th. Have fun learning scoring, basic techniques, and body awareness. Five sessions:
For 3rd - 8th graders with two or more years of wrestling experience who want to get ready for the season. Five sessions:
Six sessions in January and February for kindergarten and 1st grade co-ed wrestlers who are beginners in the sport of wrestling (zero to two years of experience). Focusing on basic technique, scoring, and having fun with a purpose. Mondays 6:15-7:15pm
Seven sessions in January and February for co-ed wrestlers in 2nd, 3rd, or 4th grade who are beginners in the sport of wrestling (zero to two years of experience). Focusing on basic technique, scoring, and having fun with a purpose. Tuesdays 6:15-7:15pm
Seven sessions in January and February for 2nd-8th grade girl wrestlers who are learning the sport of wrestling. All experiences are welcome to learn common wrestling techniques while understanding scoring and mindset in an enjoyable girls only environment. Thursdays 6:15-7:15pm
20 sessions of wrestling from January - March focused on taking older and more advanced co-ed wrestlers to the next level. Working on technique, situations, attitude, and fun with a purpose. The Advanced Group are for 5-8 graders or those with at least three years of experience (exceptions made case by case).

This optional add-on gives beginners and girls an opportunity to gain valuable experience by joining the advanced group for four sessions in the month of March for one day per week. Please select one of Mondays or Thursdays, 6:15-7:30pm
