A ticket for open play mahjong plus beginner teaching. Teaching available for beginners from 6-7PM only. BEGINNERS: IF YOU COME AFTER 6:30PM WE CANNOT GUARANTEE YOU WILL BE TAUGHT.

You will be asked to rotate at the beginner tables to allow everyone to get hands-on instruction. Once you feel ready to go to the open play tables, you may do so.

If you need a refresher, but are not a beginner, you are welcome to observe or ask questions from teachers as needed, but we ask you do not sit unless you really don't know how to play.

NOTE: If you know another style of Asian mahjong (Hong Kong, Sichuan, Taiwanese, etc.) you won't need beginner teaching, we recommend just observing, or if there are teachers floating, you can ask them to guide you, and most players pick it up within a round.

A ticket for open play mahjong. For open play you will rotate and allow new people to play every 2 rounds, but you can come in and out as you like, you will just need to wait for a seat to open.

Please find an open seat and make sure to communicate with people waiting for tables when you're done with your two rounds. No guarantee of group seating. Please do not get up or leave your table in the middle of gameplay to ensure you do not cause folks to wait longer than necessary.

No refunds.

DO NOT SELECT. If interested, please reach out to events@goldenguide.org.
