Join us in person for a wellness event focused on understanding and managing burnout, workplace uncertainty, and imposter syndrome. Participants will learn practical, evidence-based tools to reduce stress, manage overthinking, build resilience, and support emotional well-being at work. The event will be led by Gianna LaLota, LMHC-D, LPC, founder of Mindful Mental Health Counseling, and Madison Barrack, BA, a clinical fellow at the practice. Together, they will draw on CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and psychodynamic approaches to address anxiety, perfectionism, self-doubt, and workplace stress.
