Come on a journey through time learning about how people have gathered and boiled maple sap throughout history. This will be an interactive program fit for all ages that takes place in a mature hardwood forest loaded with sugar maple trees. We will also be serving pancakes and fruit as a part of the event! Celebrate the coming of Spring with Earth Spirit as we enjoy the sweet gifts of the season and give thanks to those who provide it for us.  The educational program begins at 10:00am with a pancake feast to follow. Please arrive by 10:00am to ensure that you don't miss out on any of the fun! This is not an "open-house" format. We can provide gluten-free pancakes and this is a vegan-friendly event. This event is not an open-house style program. We will be starting our educational program at 10:00am and there will be a pancake feast following the program.
