Join us for a refreshing morning of movement, connection, and intentional reset in the heart of historic Richmond. We&rsquo;re gathering at Truffle &amp; Rye for a community-based spring wellness experience designed to support your mental, physical, and emotional health. We&rsquo;ll begin by stretching in Truffle &amp; Rye&rsquo;s outdoor space to warm up and ground ourselves. From there, we&rsquo;ll head out into historic downtown Richmond as a community.🚶&zwj;♀️ Walking Team (led by a designated leader) 🏃&zwj;♂️ Jogging Team (led by a designated leader) Choose your pace &mdash; this is not a race.This is about movement, sunlight, and shared energy. All ages welcome. All fitness levels welcome.
