Nelson Elementary is offering parents a chance to wish their children a HAPPY BIRTHDAY on the marquee on Spruce Street.&nbsp; With your ($20) donation, your child&#39;s name will be posted for a week (FRIDAY - FRIDAY) on the marquee.&nbsp;*First come first serve basis / only one child name per week Requests must be received no later than one week before you would like the announcement to run.&nbsp;
