Reserve one of two daily marquee message spots to recognize a special student, teacher, or staff member. Whether you're celebrating a birthday, wishing someone good luck, congratulating an achievement, sharing words of encouragement, or simply saying thank you, your personalized message will be displayed on the Alvey Elementary marquee sign on Waverly Farm Drive for one day.

How It Works

1. Select an available date. There is a limit of 2 messages per day. 
2. Choose one of our pre-approved message templates.
3. Personalize it with your child's or teacher's name.
4. Complete your $25 payment.
5. Your message will be displayed on Alvey's digital marquee on your selected date! All messages will be in the same font and the color will be Alvey Blue. 

Please Note:

• Only two marquee message reservations are available per day.
• Reservations are available for dates between August 17, 2026, and June 17, 2027.
• Your message will be included in the school's regular marquee rotation alongside other school announcements and information. The number of times your message appears and the timing of its display will vary throughout the day based on the school's scheduled messaging.
• Messages are subject to PTO and school approval and may be edited for length, clarity, or appropriateness to fit the marquee display.
• We recommend reserving your preferred date early, as popular dates may sell out.
• While every effort will be made to display your message on your selected date, unforeseen technical issues or school-related priorities may occasionally affect the marquee schedule.

Scheduling Guidelines

• Messages must be purchased at least 14 days before the requested display date.
• Only two (2) messages will be displayed each day.
• Dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis with payment. 
• Once a date is full, it will no longer be available.
• Messages will appear during the scheduled day but specific display times cannot be guaranteed.

Message Guidelines

To ensure all messages are appropriate for our school community:

• Messages must be selected from the approved templates.
• Only names may be customized.
• No political, religious, or personal announcements.
• The PTO reserves the right to edit or decline any submission that does not meet school guidelines.
