Description:In this mask-required workshop we will discuss adult learning methodologies, designing for diverse learners, and how to create a kink related lesson plan that will have the highest impact on your students. Participants should come with an idea of a workshop you&#39;d like to run, or an outline of one you&#39;ve done in the past, and the tools that help you think (computer, notebook and markers, etc.) so that we can work on your presentation in class. Instructor Bio:Peanutbutter-jam is a career adult educator. She&rsquo;s served in both academic and student affairs leadership positions in higher education since the early 90&rsquo;s. She uses universal design, a framework that emphasizes imagining the greatest diversity of learners, for curriculum design and has taught countless college faculty how to teach better. She holds a PhD in Education, and has a passion for continuous improvement of educational systems.
