LXCL:Training & Technique Two hour session

DXC Masters Session

Masters Session: Technique and TrainingCome be a part of the fastest growing (and yes, perhaps only) masters ski training group in the Monadnock Region! Dublin XC Head Junior Coach Kathy Maddock will start this session with an easy warm-up jog with poles along the trails of the Dublin Outdoor Center trails, followed by activation exercises. We'll try our hand (and feet!) at some agility drills, and then focus in on some ski-specific technique drills. We'll work on our ski striding and bounding technique (video analysis available for those who are interested), and do a guided workout based on our individual abilities and needs. This two-hour session will serve as both an introductory session, as well as a continuation of the work our masters group started last month. Everyone is welcome, whether an experienced or novice skier.
