Participants are welcome to arrive as early as 5 pm on Friday for settling in, but folks can also come later as they are able. Dinner is not provided for our group Friday evening; we encourage you to eat before you arrive, bring your own food with you, or head into one of the restaurants in nearby Healdsburg. Families will likely be primarily assigned to cottages while those traveling without kids and teens are more likely to be placed in the Webb Lodge. Singles will most likely be accommodated in single rooms, unless they request a roommate. If we run out of space for this, we will contact single attenders directly.
