This $5 fee helps cover CFLHSG-provided group activities and participant materials, including lanyards, educational materials, goodies, treats, gifts, meetup supplies, and other group-related items. This fee is separate from and does not apply toward cruise fare, cabin costs, transportation, accommodations, excursions, or other travel-related expenses. All cruise reservations, pricing, travel payments, and travel services are handled directly by the applicable travel provider and/or cruise line. CFLHSG does not collect or process cruise fares or other travel payments. This fee is refundable only if requested within 24 hours of receiving your cruise quote; after that time, the Group Activity & Materials Fee becomes non-refundable.

We are made up of parents and guardians who work together to create fun, memorable experiences for our families. Whenever possible, we like to provide small treats, goodies, or extra surprises during our events to make them even more special for our kids. Options donations and contributions help make this possible and allow us to ensure we have enough supplies for everyone, including accommodating last-minute unexpected changes.
