Welcome to the MCS Spring Concert:&nbsp;Experience music&mdash;and art&mdash;like never before.The Mineola Choral Society presents In the Shadow of War: Voices of Remembrance and Hope, a powerful concert exploring the impact of war and the possibility of peace through works by John Rutter, Dan Forrest, Susan LaBarr, Ola Gjeilo, and Moses Hogan.✨ Featuring a special collaboration with local artists🎨 Original artwork inspired by the music, displayed in the gallery &nbsp;Local artists have been invited to interpret select pieces from the program, creating a multidisciplinary dialogue between music and visual art.&nbsp;🎥 Visual projections during the performance for an immersive experienceJoin us May 3, 2026, at the Malverne Performing Arts Center for this unique fusion of choral music and visual art.Malverne Performing Arts Center (MPAC) is a unique venue where theater and gallery spaces intersect, making it an ideal setting for this collaboration.
