Our annual Meat & Freezer Raffle is back, and we've added more prizes than ever before.

For those who support our online raffles on a regular basis, this raffle is different. This raffle will include in person tickets as well as online sales. The drawing is held on Saturday, Nov. 7, 2026 during the Mineral City VFD Christmas Craft Show at the Firehouse. 

All meat in this raffle is sourced locally from our friends at 3D Meats with locations in Dalton and Massillon. 

​Online ticket sales end on Friday, Nov. 6 at 1155 pm or when the allocated online ticket volume is sold out, whichever comes first. Online ticket orders will receive an email with their ticket numbers in an attachment. As your orders are processed, a paper ticket matching the number in your email will be added to the drawing. Please make sure your phone number is accurate on the form. If we are unable to reach you using the number provided (ie out of service, typo, etc) we will have to draw an alternate winner due to the perishable nature of the prizes.

Winners must pick up their prize within 2 weeks of drawing, and prizes must be claimed at the Mineral City Fire Station. We'll call winners to make arrangements for pickup.

Drawings begin in the 10 am hour, with 2 winners drawn each hour for our Meat for a Week freezer meat bundles. All hourly winners will be added back into the drum for the large prize drawings.

Large prize drawings begin at 3 pm. Winners of a large prize will NOT be added back into the drum.

​Tickets are just $1 each or 6 for $5, and can be purchased online or in person from any MCVFD Firefighter.

Here's how it works: 

- Purchase your ticket through this site or from any Mineral City firefighter.

-Drawing will be held Saturday, Nov. 7 live at the Mineral City Fire Station during the annual Christmas Craft Show at the Firehouse. 

- If purchasing online, Your ticket number will be automatically assigned in the order of your purchase. Ticket numbers are assigned by the processing software, and not by our personnel. Your choice of payment method may affect the order in which ticket numbers are assigned by the system. Ticket numbers will be emailed to you.

-If using electronic check (EFT) payment method, your tickets will not be added to the drum until payment clears. In case payment does NOT clear, your tickets are invalid and your entry to the drawing is forfeited.

-Online ticket sales end at 1155 pm Friday, Nov. 6 or when the allotted online ticket numbers have been exhausted, whichever comes first.

- This Raffle is intended for participants in the State of Ohio and age 18+.

- Prize must be picked up at the fire station.

- No cash option.

- Prizes not claimed within 14 days of the drawing will be forfeited and become property of Mineral City Fire Department, Inc. to be used as they see fit.

- Our processor, Zeffy will prompt purchasers for a "donation" towards processing fees. This is totally optional, and goes to the processor to keep the service free to nonprofit organizations such as ours.

- No refunds of ticket sales once payment is processed. 

- Winner assumes responsibility for any taxes on winnings. Winner assumes responsibility for any warranty, claims, etc once prize is received by winner.
