Join Us for the MDBA Riverboat Cruise and Lock &amp; Lunch Event on the Jonathan Padelford riverboat!!&nbsp; What: A scenic riverboat cruise on Jonathan Padelford at Harriet Island, including lunch. The cruise will pass through Lock and Dam #1, traveling from St. Paul to Minneapolis and back, lasting approximately four hours.
