Clinical supervision provides an important space to strengthen practice, support professional development, and promote accountability, yet it is often underutilized as a space for reflection, accountability, and implementation support. This session introduces measurement-informed supervision as a framework that equips supervisors to integrate outcome data into reflective conversations and staff development. Drawing on research in measurement-based care (MBC), relational-cultural theory, and reflective supervision, participants will learn how to transform supervision from routine case review into a collaborative process that fosters reflective practice, strengthens accountability, and supports implementation of evidence-informed approaches in everyday work. The session combines lecture, case examples, and small-group discussion to build participants&rsquo; confidence in using outcome data relationally within supervision. Topics include the rationale for incorporating MBC into supervision, strategies for using outcome data to strengthen clinical reasoning and guide supervisory conversations, and tools for embedding reflection and accountability into supervision practices. The session will emphasize relational-cultural supervision principles to ensure data discussions build trust, connection, and mutual growth rather than feel evaluative or judgmental. Participants will leave with practical tools, including reflection prompts and supervision questions, to support integrating measurement-informed supervision in their own settings. She is a licensed clinical social worker and Maryland Board-approved supervisor with experience in program development, implementation, evaluation, and quality improvement across behavioral health and child welfare systems. Her work focuses on helping organizations use data to strengthen practice, improve service delivery, and better understand their impact. Dr. Rickman is also the founder of Introspective Solutions and has experience providing trauma-focused clinical services to adults. She has presented nationally and internationally on program evaluation, measurement-based care, and trauma-informed systems change. Her work bridges clinical practice, research, and evaluation, with a particular interest in translating data into improvements in practice and systems of care.
