Medha Hari, a Bharathanatyam practitioner with over 25 years of experience, is one of the promising artistes of her generation. A deeply passionate dancer, her dance is a seamless blend of fluid and graceful movements with a strong sense for musicality and rhythm. With evocative abhinaya and innovative choreography, her dance draws diverse audiences. Her performances brim with vigour and vitality. Driven by excellence, she strives to make her dance engaging while staying relevant to audiences. Her immense love for the art form led her to choose it as her profession while being a qualified Chartered Accountant. Medha is one of the senior most disciples of Smt. Anitha Guha and underwent advanced lessons in abhinaya with Smt. Bragha Bessell. She is currently training under Smt. Priyadarsini Govind. Her notable achievements include the &lsquo;Seetha Venkateswaran Endowment Award&rsquo; (Music Academy), Kala Rathna (Cleveland Thyagaraja Festival), the &lsquo;Narasimhachari and Vasanthalakshmi Narasimhachari Endowment Award&rsquo; (Natyarangam), Natya Ratna (Trinity Fine Arts), and &lsquo;Best Individual Performer&rsquo; (Music Academy &ndash; HCL Concert series).
