Medina Academy is excited to welcome vendors to our Fall Book Fair 2026!Join us for a two-day community event featuring Furqaan Bookstore from Chicago, Scholastic Books, authors, guest speakers, story times, local vendors, food, and family activities.📅 September 26&ndash;27, 2026 ⏰ 12:00&ndash;6:00 PM both daysVendor Guidelines&bull; Non-food vendors will be inside the gym. Food, dessert, ice cream, coffee, and beverage vendors will generally be outdoors. If space allows, select coffee vendors may be placed indoors. Final placement is determined by Medina Academy.&bull; Vendors must bring their own tables, chairs, displays, signage, payment equipment, and necessary supplies. Outdoor vendors should bring their own canopy/tent and weights if needed.&bull; Power is not included. Electricity is limited and not guaranteed. Vendors requesting Medina power will be charged an additional fee if available. Vendors should plan to bring their own power source whenever possible and disclose powered/cooking equipment in advance.&bull; Food and beverage vendors are responsible for all applicable health department permits, food worker cards, licenses, insurance, and required approvals.&bull; Vendors may only sell the products/menu disclosed on their registration. Medina Academy may limit similar vendors to maintain variety.&bull; Vendors are responsible for keeping their area clean and for their own merchandise and equipment.&nbsp;&bull; Vendors are expected to remain set up during event hours. Setup, parking, unloading, booth assignment, and breakdown details will be shared before the event.&bull; Vendor fees are non-refundable after acceptance, except if Medina Academy cancels the event.
