Event Description
A gentle, go-at-your-own-pace art class that blends simple breathing exercises with creative exploration. No art experience needed — this class is about slowing down, not skill-building. Each session opens with a short grounding meditation, moves into guided creative activities, and wraps up with optional reflection. Activities may include intuitive painting, mandalas, collage, nature sketching, and journaling with visual elements. This is a 3-session course running September 12, 19 & 26. Adults 18+ only.
