These eggs aren't painted, they are actually dyed! Created by Meher alumna Jenny Leonard, these blown-out eggs from our school's quails have been decorated with beeswax and dyed in cabbage juice. The wax has been removed with heat to create Ukrainian-style pysanky eggs. The nest they sit in is woven from Bradford pear shoots.

The Introductory Session is for new-to-Pilates people and also for seasoned Pilates people. The session held in Nadia's Martinez studio starts with a chat about your physical history, goals moving forward, and a walking and postural assessment. Then we get to the heart of it and learn Pilates exercises on the mat and on select equipment. At the end of your session, you'll go home with a preliminary plan of 2-3 tailored exercises you can practice at home. You will also receive a free Theraband.
