Please watch the pre marked boxes when filling out this application. The application auto marks a donation to Zeffy that you can mark "other" and leave zero. We do not get any of the Zeffy donation and it is not required.
To make a additional donation to SDDA, just add it at the beginning of the application when selecting your membership. It will auto create a Non profit receipt for both amounts.
