LXCL:For District 4-C2 dues remittance, take your LCIF total membership on June 30, 2026 (should be on your LCI Invoice) and order that quantity of these Full Club Memberships ($15.50 per year from 2026-2027 and increasing to $17.00 per year on July 1, 2027.

District 4-C2 Club Per Member Payment (6 months fee)

LXCL:No increase has been proposed to MD4 dues for 2026-2027. The cost is $18 per member per year, billed semi annually. Add the number of members as of June 30, 2026 from your LCI bill and purchase that many dues.

Multiple District MD4 Club Per Member Payment (6 months fee)
