Join us and come together to honor the brave men and women who gave everything in service to others. The Murph workout is more than a physical challenge—it is a tribute to sacrifice, courage, and unwavering commitment. Named after Lieutenant Michael P. Murphy, who was killed in action in Afghanistan in 2005, this workout symbolizes the weight carried by those who serve. Every mile, every rep, and every drop of sweat is done in remembrance of those who never made it home. As we push through fatigue and discomfort, we reflect on the true meaning of resilience and selflessness. This is not just about finishing the workout—it’s about carrying forward the legacy of those who stood for something greater than themselves. We don’t just train. We remember. We honor. We carry them with us.
