For 32 years, the Men&rsquo;s March Against Violence (MMAV) has brought our community together with one shared message: violence has no place in our homes, our relationships, or our communities. Each year, more than 1,000 people come together in the heart of Honolulu&mdash;survivors, families, businesses, community organizations, advocates, students, elected leaders, and neighbors from across Hawaiʻi. We walk in support of those impacted by domestic violence, in remembrance of those we have lost, and with hope for the generations that come after us. &nbsp;Former Hawai&#39;i County Mayor Mitch Roth will serve as emcee, Office of Hawaiian Affairs Trustee Dan Ahuna will deliver the keynote address, and Honolulu Police Chief David Lazar will lead marchers through the streets. We&#39;ll also take a moment to honor two community champions for their dedication to ending violence in our islands. This October, we invite you to show up, walk alongside your community, and add your voice to a movement that has continued for more than three decades.
