Behind every &quot;I&#39;m fine&quot; is a story untold. This virtual experience invites Black women and girls into a candid, safe and supportive space to unpack, be real, be heard, connect, begin healing &nbsp;- together as we navigate the weight of always being strong. Through guided conversation, interactive moments, and shared experiences, participants will be encouraged to move beyond surface-level responses and explore what they&#39;re truly feeling. This session also highlights the importance of checking on your &quot;strong friends&quot; who often carry the most in silence. Attendees will leave with practical tools, deeper connection, and the reassurance that they are not alone and &quot;I&#39;m Fine&quot; is not the final answer. The goal of this program is to create a safe and supportive space for Black Women and girls by breaking the silence and moving beyond the phrase &quot;I&#39;m fine.&quot; This program will engage and encourage honest, real conversations about identifying symptoms commonly masked by &quot;I&#39;m fine,&quot; emotional well-being and mental health. It will also help the participants understand the impact of hiding mental distress. It aims to normalize vulnerability, challenge the pressure of always being &quot;strong&quot;, prioritize mental health, build authentic connections and equip participants with tools and strategies to support themselves, check on one another and better support the &quot;strong&quot; friends in their lives. We will also share resources and pathways for seeking help.
