Mental Health First Aid is an evidence-based, early-intervention training that teaches participants how to recognize and respond to signs of mental health challenges and substance use concerns&mdash;much like CPR equips you to respond to a medical emergency.The Fire/EMS-specific course is designed with first responders in mind, providing practical skills to support&nbsp;yourself, your coworkers, and the communities you serve&nbsp;when facing stress, trauma, or crisis situations.
