Participants will receive a red wooden toolbox and materials to create 13 symbolic tools, each representing a coping strategy or reminder that can help during times of stress or emotional difficulty. &nbsp;As participants design and personalize their tools with words or phrases that resonate with them, the process becomes a meaningful way to explore coping skills, boundary setting, and relationship building.
