Join us this May for our Mental Health Awareness Color Run/Walk, a fun and vibrant event dedicated to raising awareness and supporting mental health in our community. Go at your own pace&mdash;because mental health is a journey, not a race. Whether you walk, jog, or run, every step forward matters. Go as fast or as slow as you&rsquo;d like, enjoy the experience, and have fun! The walk will begin at Heartland Counseling Services and end at Siouxland Freedom Park, where food trucks and refreshments will be available for purchase if you&#39;d like to grab a bite. This event is a celebration of the many colors and patterns that make each of us unique, reminding us that every journey and every story matters. Come get colorful with us and stand together in support of mental health for all. All are welcome to come out, get colorful, and stand with us in support of mental health for all.&nbsp;
