Organizations and individuals may reserve and rent the park on a first come-first served basis, year-round, 7 days a week. A $100 cash or check deposit is required before the reservation is secure. Checks are made to Historic Dumfries Virginia, Inc. or HDVI. Please mail to the address listed above. HDVI must receive the deposit no later than fourteen (14) days after reservation request. Please note that until HDVI receives a deposit, the requested date and time are available to other potential patrons. The rental includes park access and use from 9:00am to sunset. Organizations and individuals that require set up time prior to 9:00am may coordinate this with HDVI staff; however, under no circumstances will set up occur prior to sunrise or 7:00am, whichever is later.
