- Large Hospitality Room - two nights $680 total.
- A credit card will be requeired at check-in to vcover incidentals.
- Large rooms are assisgned by first come first served basis. (There are three large adjoinging room availabe,. all located on the 1st floor.)
- Four additions sets of adjoinging rooms are also available-two nights $600 total. (These four ajoining rooms will be drawn for after the three large rooms are chosen. If not chosen for a large rtoomm or other ajoinging room the payment will be applied to a small room and the difference refunded, if applicable, to the club.)
- Payment and form must be received by November 18, 2026. (Room numbers will be sent to clubs once they've been assisgned.)
- Clubs must contact the hotel directly a minimum of 3 days prior to check-in, to have beds removed or other special requests. (The club is responsible and must pay for these requests).
- Optional 8-foot table is available for $25 and MUST be reserved in advance. (Will be charged to your incidentals card.)
