We invite you to join us as a vendor at Midland Elementary PTA’s Holiday Shop and Pancake Breakfast on Saturday, December 5, 2026, from 8:00–11:00 AM! This is a wonderful opportunity to showcase your products, promote your business, and connect with Midland Elementary families and the greater Poway community during a festive holiday event. Vendor spaces are limited. Applications will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis, with consideration given to product variety to avoid an overrepresentation of similar vendors. Completing registration does not guarantee a space until your participation is confirmed by the Midland Elementary PTA. Guidelines:Holiday Shop will run from 8-11 am in the Multipurpose Room and/or under the surrounding covered walkways. Set up time can begin as early as 7:00 am and breakdown will begin at 11 am. Most 6' tables will be provided for 6' spaces. Please bring you own tables for all 10'x10' spaces (no canopies needed inside). Please donate a raffle item for our school fundraiser table with a value of $25+. A tax-deductible receipt can be provided upon request. This is a great way to showcase your items too! Photos may be taken of you, your products, and your business and may be featured in our Midland PTA communications and social media and/or local news media.
