Friday evening: Kick off the weekend by relaxing with a good cup of tea and light refreshments while catching upith everyone, The hospitality suite will open at 5pm. Saturday daytime: Join together for our official district business meeting and presentations. Saturday early evening: Conclude the gathering with a themed Harvest Tea with a 1940&#39;s twist. Attire from the era is enthusiastically encouraged!!
