Breaking the Stigma Around Mental HealthBeing a student means balancing classes, work, family, and everything in between. It can feel overwhelming, but too often, talking about mental health feels off-limits. Stigma keeps many of us silent, even when we need support most.Mind Matters is a 90-minute student wellness session designed to open the conversation around mental health stigma.
