Mindful at the Farm is a relaxed outdoor experience created exclusively for Veterans who want to slow down, breathe, and reconnect. No pressure and no expectations&mdash;just time in nature, simple mindfulness practices, creativity, and good company. 🧘&zwj;♂️🌱Spend time by the pond, take in the peaceful surroundings, connect with a horse, and enjoy an opportunity for creative expression through drawing or poetry. Lunch will also be provided.This is a Veterans-only event.Limited spots available. Registration is required.
