Pause, breathe, and reset with our Mindful Monday Meditation Summer Series at Little Theatre Auditorium with 3D Sound and Libbie Anderson What to Expect:Each session offers simple, guided practices to help you arrive, slow down, and listen more closely to yourself.&nbsp; 5-6pm Get centered: participants arrive, mingle, enjoy tea and some light snacks. While Purpose Artisans are setting up instruments, Libbie will be onsight to guide participants in mentally preparing their intentions for the evening and get settled into the space. 6-7pm Zone in: A sound bath experience with 3D Sound. Ready to do some healing? The trio of healers use sound to infuse individuals, groups, and environments with deep restoration. Blending ancient wisdom, modern science, intuition, occupational &amp; music therapies, they create immersive &lsquo;3d&rsquo; experiences.3D Sound includes crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, didgeridoo and more.*Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, comfort items, etc. 7-8pm Put it into practice: Join Libbie Anderson in an exploration of your experience with a journaling excersize designed to bring some reflection and clarity to your healing/meditative process.&nbsp; Participants are welcome to join in for individual date experiences ($30/date). A reduced rate is available for particiapants registering for all 3 dates ($75 for all 3 dates).
