Mindfulness & Breathwork With Horses

Slow down, breathe, and connect with our herd in this guided mindfulness and breathwork session 🐴. Together, we&rsquo;ll notice how the horses respond to our energy and breathing, and explore simple practices you can carry into everyday stress and anxiety. Mindfulness &amp; Breathwork with Horses, led by Jennie Askins, a certified Meditation, Mindfulness, and Yoga instructor. Every Meditation with Horses is unique and incredibly special! You do not have to have any experience in meditation nor with horses- just come with an open heart <img height="16" width="16" alt="❤️" src="https://static.xx.fbcdn.net/images/emoji.php/v9/t6c/1/16/2764.png" id="isPasted" fr-original-style="" fr-original-class="fr-draggable" style="cursor: pointer; padding: 0px 1px; user-select: none; max-width: 100%; position: relative; box-sizing: inherit;"> By sharing this meditation time together, and focusing on the present moment, we open our hearts to a deeper connection and understanding within ourselves. Meditation with horses helps us to become centered, have a clear mind and become focused. This event reflects our mission at Blended Spirits Ranch: providing a safe, structured space where horses support healing from depression, low self‑esteem, and the effects of trauma. No horse experience needed 🌿.
