We have 5 spots left for this MBSR group. The group begins Thursday, September 4th and meets every Thursday for 8-weeks, 5:30-6:45 pm. There is $15.00 registration associated with this group. The donation supports JCRC and covers the cost for group space and coffee for the 8-weeks. &nbsp;We will use the Palouse Mindfulness, self-paced, online MBSR program to guide our group meditation and discussion each week.
