Fun events throughout the year, including volunteering, ribbon cuttings/grand openings, parades, Holiday events, public appearances and more!!!! High schoolers really can use volunteer service hours! We will be crowning 3 or 4 titles per age division: 5-8, 9-11, 12-14, 15-17, 18-22, 23+ &nbsp;***age as of January 1st, 2026.This pageant features an optional swimwear competition for an additional fee of $25.00. This is one of the favorite optional events CYE holds each year. To apply, submit this application, and pay entry fee of $125 to Council for Youth Empowerment no later than Monday, September 14th, 2026. Pageant date will be held on September 20th, 2026 in the early evening (approx. 4pm). Participants will be able to attend a free orientation and workshop prior to the pageant to practice walking patterns. Step into a scholarship pageant that&rsquo;s about more than a crown. By registering for this Scholarship Pageant 🎓, you&rsquo;re joining a program that builds confidence, public speaking, and real community involvement.
