Kemp and First Lady of Georgia Marty Kemp. &nbsp;Our musical guest will be handbell extraordinaire, Pastor Clay Layfield, of Central Baptist Church. &nbsp; Layfield has been playing handbells since he was 16 years old and his Christmas program is a much sought after treat if you are lucky enough to get him on your schedule. &nbsp;Layfield has a degree in Music and a Master of Divinity Degree, so his interpretations of Christmas favorites on the handbells are sure to be enjoyable.
