The Council For Youth Empowerment (CYE) has been producing pageants for over 20+ years. &nbsp;We are a non-profit 501 c-3 organization. &nbsp;We invite young ladies who live, work, or attend school/homeschool/charter in and around Temecula, Murrieta, Lake Elsinore, Corona, Wildomar, Perris, Temescal Canyon &amp; all of Riverside County to apply.&nbsp; DATE: &nbsp;Sunday, October 11, 2026 at 4pm pageant (doors open at 3:30pm)LOCATION: Temescal Canyon High School - 28755 El Toro Road, Lake Elsinore Age Divisions: 5-8 Junior Miss; 9-11 Pre-Teen; 12-14 Jr. Teen; 15-17 Teen; 18-22 Miss; 23-29 MS; 30+ Elite MS ***Only a one-day pageant*** &nbsp;Interviews and stage rehearsal will take place before the start of the pageant at the same venue (1:00pm start for interviews). Areas of competition will include: &nbsp;1) Interview (panel style)&nbsp;2) Evening Gown3) Onstage Question (you will get a list of potential questions for your age group ahead of time)4) Final Look This exciting opportunity is to build confidence, gain leadership skills, and represent their individual communities. Contestants will compete for Miss Murrieta, Miss Temecula, and Miss Riverside County titles while showcasing their personality, public speaking, and love for community.&nbsp; To apply, submit a completed application, and pay entry fee of $125.00 to Council for Youth Empowerment; no later than 9/25/26.&nbsp; Have more than one daughter or mother/daughter pair who would like to participate together? &nbsp;We can provide you with a sibling discount. Tickets to attend the pageant can also be purchased for $15.00 (discounted before 10/11) and $20.00 at the door. Ages 5 &amp; under are free to attend.
