Continue south through Tunica, Clarksdale, and Shelby. Turn left onto Highway 8 West into Mound Bayou. Turn right onto West Martin Luther King Street. The Mission Home is at 401 West Martin Luther King Street.From Jackson, Mississippi (approx. 120 miles north):Take I-55 North to Cleveland/Bolivar County. Exit onto Highway 8 West toward Mound Bayou. Turn onto West Martin Luther King Street. The Mission Home is at 401 West Martin Luther King Street.From Greenville, Mississippi (approx. 40 miles east):Take Highway 82 East to Highway 61. Turn north on Highway 61 and continue to Mound Bayou. Turn onto Highway 8 East into town, then right onto West Martin Luther King Street.GPS / Navigation:Enter: 401 W.
