MKM Sports Fest 2026 – Tennis Tournament Get ready for a day of fast-paced rallies, precision, and competitive spirit at the Tennis Tournament as part of MKM Sports Fest 2026!Event Details<ul><li>Date: April 26, 2026</li><li>Reporting Time: 7:30 AM (All participants are required to arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled start time, as rules and conduct guidelines will be explained prior to the event.)</li><li>Time: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM</li><li>Venue: Broad Run High School, 21670 Ashburn Rd, Ashburn, VA 20147</li></ul> About the EventJoin us for an exciting Tennis tournament featuring multiple categories for players of all skill levels. Whether you’re a seasoned player or just enjoy the game, this event offers a great opportunity to showcase your skills, compete in a friendly environment, and enjoy the spirit of the game. Game Rules<ul><li>Matches will be played in short set / time-based format (exact format will be shared before the event)</li><li>Standard USTA/ITF tennis rules will apply</li><li>Matches may be played as singles or doubles based on category</li><li>Players must serve from behind the baseline and follow proper service rules</li><li>A let serve may be replayed as per standard rules</li><li>Points are scored as: 15, 30, 40, Game (or simplified scoring if applicable)</li><li>Tie-breakers may be used in case of tied games (format will be announced)</li><li>Players must call their own lines honestly; disputes will be resolved by coordinators</li><li>Warm-up time will be limited (typically 3–5 minutes)</li></ul> Rules &amp; Guidelines<ul><li>All participants are expected to maintain sportsmanship and respectful behavior throughout the event</li><li>Participants must follow instructions provided by the MKM Sports Coordinators and volunteers</li><li>Players must be present at the venue and ready when their match is called</li><li>Any rude behavior, misconduct, or inappropriate language may lead to immediate disqualification</li><li>No arguments, disputes, or conflicts will be tolerated during the tournament</li><li>All decisions regarding rules, match outcomes, player replacement, and disputes will be final and made by MKM Sports Coordinators</li></ul> Attendance Policy<ul><li>Players must report on time for their matches</li><li>If a participant does not arrive within 10–15 minutes of their scheduled match time, their spot may be given to another player</li></ul> Registration, Waiver &amp; Replacement Policy<ul><li>All participants must sign a waiver form provided by MKM and the sports facility</li><li>The waiver will be shared before the event; participants must print, sign, and bring it on the day of the event</li><li>No refunds will be provided once registration is completed</li><li>Ticket transfer is allowed if you are unable to attend</li><li>In case of absence, a replacement player may be assigned by the organizers</li></ul>
