The Marine Military Academy Alumni Association (MMAAA) supports the Marine Military Academy and her Alumni through programs that inspire a lifelong sense of brotherhood, encourage the highest levels of professional development, and foster a generous spirit in support of our brothers and our Alma Mater. In support of that mission, we're launching our very first raffle! Join us now for a chance to win big in what we hope will be the first of many such raffles. Each ticket you purchase directly contributes to our efforts in making a meaningful impact for MMA Alumni and our Academy. There are two chances to win in this raffle! The Grand Prize is a brand new Springfield Armory M1A rifle that was graciously donated by MMA Alumnus Matt Sanders. Matt owns a gun shop called Kingwood Guns in the Houston area. You might want to swing by if you're in the area. The M1A is the civilian version of the M14 Service Rifle that all MMA cadets are familiar with. Whether you marched up Battalion Street with one of these or not, now you can own a shooting version of it! Chambered in .308 caliber, the modern M1A is suitable for hunting and competitive shooting. This is an iconic rifle! The second place prize is a custom liquor decanter from Hotspur.co engraved with our logo. The decanter has a K-Bar knife INSIDE OF IT, and the handle unscrews to become the pour spout! How cool is that??? This is a one-of-a-kind decanter, and it commemorates 60 years of the Marine Military Academy. Graciously donated by our friend Andy at Hotspur, it's the gift for the person who "has everything"! Many thanks to our generous donors for making this raffle possible, and thank you for your support. Every contribution, big or small, makes a significant difference.
