Momentum: A Monthly Reset is a community wellness experience designed to help you move from intention to action. We all have those tasks that quietly follow us around or plans we've been meaning to make. Individually, these tasks may seem small but together they create mental clutter that can feel overwhelming. This group provides an opportunity to make meaningful progress on the tasks that matter most to you. Expect a brief discussion about body doubling, realistic goal setting, and dedicated time to work alongside others in a supportive environment, Bring your laptop, planner, paperwork, or to-do list, and leave with something even more valuable than a completed checklist: greater momentum, reduced mental clutter, and the relief that comes from finally getting started. Now you can join us either in-person or virtually! Come as you are. You are welcome with us!
