Boss Lady Media Presents: A Journey of Heartbreak, Healing, and Hope"Momma, I Just Want Love" “Sometimes the love you want… starts with the healing you avoid.” Join us for a powerful and transformative theatrical experience written by Brittany Cherelle and directed by Heather Strain. This soul-stirring stage play dives deep into the complex dynamics of the mother-daughter relationship, exploring how the shadows of our past can often block the light of our future. The Story: Follow two parallel journeys of love and discovery. On one side, a daughter blossoms under the warmth of a nurturing, supportive mother; on the other, a daughter struggles to find her worth while navigating the pain of a strained and "mean" maternal bond. Through laughter, tears, and raw honesty, Momma, I Just Want Love asks the difficult questions: How do we break generational cycles? How do we find the courage to forgive? And how do we learn to love ourselves when the person who gave us life doesn’t know how? Why Attend? This isn't just a play—it’s a mirror. Whether you are a mother, a daughter, or someone seeking to understand the roots of your own heart, this production offers a message of hope and the reminder that it is never too late to start the "healing you avoid." Don't miss this unforgettable evening of storytelling that will leave you inspired to choose love—fully, flaws and all.
