We tend to the group by ensuring that space is evenly shared and that everyone has an opportunity to offer their voice. We tend to the world by acknowledging we are not separate from collective sorrow, collective aid, or systemic influences associated with race, class, gender, sexuality, or ability. All grief is welcome here. Whether it is grief over a world event, environmental destruction, or the loss of a loved one, you are encouraged to share your grief in this space. It is okay to just listen if you are not yet ready to talk.</span></li></ol><ol><li><span>What is said in the group is confidential so that everyone can feel safe to speak honestly. </span><ol><li><span>Please be in a confidential space where others can not see or hear the other participants</span></li><li><span>Please do not share information outside of the group</span></li></ol></li></ol><ol><li><span>The group is a place to listen and support each other, not to tell each other what to do or how to feel. Though group members are encouraged to share what has helped them in their process, they are to avoid giving advice unless it is specifically asked for. </span></li></ol><ol><li><span>You have a right to speak uninterrupted.
