Join us for our Monthly Political Discussion! This is the second in a new series of discussions focused on crisis preparation in relation to building community safety. This month we will focus on the systems that keep us safe, starting in our own homes. Our special guest speaker is a former Black Panther who will teach us about the role of water storage and fortifying our homes in broader efforts to create community safety. Participants will also be invited to attend a couple of workshops at Freedom Dreams where we will learn a variety of food storage methods (e.g., dehydration, freezing, and canning) to carry us through the winter months.
