Movie Night Admission

Hawkins Families,We are excited for our 2nd movie night that will be held on April 11th at 6:15pm with a prompt 8:15pm pick-up. We are watching.......... UP and are SO excited.We will be accepting the first 80 students who have paid for a spot and will be non-refundable once we get to our 80 students. It is VITAL that all children are picked up promptly at 8:15 to ensure we are able to continue using the space that is designated to us. In the event of an emergency please feel free to text/call 734-219-8990. We do not want to lose our privileges of the school property, please be mindful of time! This event is strictly for Hawkins Children who are between K-4th grade. If you feel your JK student can handle the fun, we would love to have them but understand that age may be a bit antsy still. To ensure safety of all students this will be a student only event and will have adults who have passed a background check and are a part of our regular volunteer activities. While the event is in the Gym this is a movie night and not a night to play in the gym or game night. We will have a little craft for the ones who get antsy in the back of the space.Cost will be $15 for each student and will include a drink, 1 snack and 1 candy option. If your child has a dietary restriction, we ask that you provide that and inform us directly at check-in. To make the night even more fun children are allowed to bring a blanket and stuffy to make them a cozy movie area. We look forward to having this fun new fundraiser with your kiddos, if you have any questions feel free to reach out to the PTO @ hawkinspto@gmail.com
