Young rediscovered a way of living rooted not in achievement, but in presence, honesty, and healing. Now a mental health therapist, he offers his story as a reminder that transformation is possible and that every part of who we are can come together in harmony.

And in our Korean communities, it is Family Month, a time to cherish the families we were born into, the ones we have chosen, and the ones we continue to build together. At Mustard Seed Generation, all three of these threads are woven into everything we do. The seeds planted through this work have reached churches, families, students, and clinicians across the country&mdash;and the need remains strong.
