You may have heard of Portobello and Shiitake&hellip;but how about Enoki, Lion&rsquo;s Mane and King Oyster? &nbsp;In this cooking class, we&rsquo;ll meet the mushrooms! &nbsp;Chef Lisa N&uacute;&ntilde;ez-Hancock joins Sustainable Solano for a hands-on &ldquo;Mushroom 101&rdquo; class to discuss health benefits, storage methods, and how to cook with both dried and fresh mushrooms. Participants will make a Mixed Mushroom Risotto for dinner (with optional meat toppings) and also a Dark Chocolate Bark with Dried Fruit &amp; Seeds, perfect for holiday gifts and entertaining! &nbsp;Register early and don&rsquo;t miss this hands-on cooking class where we will gather as community to make and enjoy a seasonal dinner together, just in time for cooler fall weather. Notes: please have long hair tied back, wear sturdy closed-toe shoes, remove fake nails, and no large dangling jewelry (especially bracelets and rings). Hats/bandanas are encouraged.
